UK’s softening business outlook points to a rate cut

The Bank of England is expected to announce its first interest rate cut in more than seven years, as it seeks to contain the Brexit fallout. The installation of Britain’s new Prime Minister, Theresa May, has already calmed markets and lifted the Pound. However, as CCTV reporter Richard Bestic reports from London, consumer confidence in Britain still needs a bit of work.
