UN delays vote on tough new DPRK sanctions
The United Nations has delayed a vote to impose the toughest sanctions yet on the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, as Russia asked for a procedural 24-hour review of the resolution document. The UN Security Council originally planned to vote on the US-circulated resolution on Tuesday afternoon, but that’s now been pushed back till 15:00 GMT on Wednesday.
