The UN Refugee Agency, UNHCR, has reported that a large number of South Sudanese refugees have crossed into Ethiopia. The South Sudanese government says it is very likely a result of fear over the rebels’ threat to launch war against the country. The government insists, despite this influx, it is in control. CCTV’s Coletta Wanjohi spoke to the South Sudanese ambassador to Ethiopia, James Morgan, about this and other pressing issues.
