Australian Foreign Minister Marise Payne is in Beijing for the fifth China-Australia Foreign and Strategic Dialogue. It’s the first time an Australian government minister has visited Beijing in nearly three years. The bilateral relations have been strained since former Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull accused China of meddling in his country’s domestic affairs last year.
