US aircraft carrier arrives in South Korea for joint military drill

The US nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, USS John C. Stennis, arrived at the Port of Busan on Sunday to take part in an ongoing joint military exercises conducted by Seoul and Washington. Over 17,000 soldiers are participating in this year’s landing exercise from March 7 to 18, the largest ever in history. Pyongyang has condemned the exercises as preparations for an invasion.
