US Democratic party candidates debate ISIL, Paris attacks

US White House hopeful Hillary Clinton called for global unity to crush the Islamic State group. The carnage in Paris took center stage at Saturday’s Democratic presidential debate. The three candidates began with a moment of silence for the victims in France, and the attacks dominated the first half hour of the debate. They also offered their plans for how the United States can address global radical jihadism.
