Home-ownership rates in the United States fell to about 63 percent in the second quarter of 2016, which is the lowest level in more than 50 years. And it is lower than nearly 40 other countries on three continents, including China, Mexico and Brazil. What’s to blame for the drop in the US? CCTV’s Karina Huber has the details.
