Vietnam’s seafood and garment industries may fail to reach export targets for this year. According to the Vietnam Association of Seafood Producers and Exporters, shrimp and catfish shipments to the US may fall flat or decline from October to December because of anti-dumping duties. As a result, the industry group’s year-end target of 7.1 billion US dollars worth of exports has become more difficult to hit.
