As the country with the highest smartphone ownership in the world, South Korea has decided to start a safety campaign by installing traffic signs for smartphone users. Seoul is installing 300 new street signs to warn pedestrians about the dangers of walking while engrossed in their smartphones. The measure specifically targets kids, teenagers and young adults.
