Watch how naked carps swim 150 km upstream, fighting just to breed in 2 minutes!

Rivers filled with “half water, half fish”, swarms of “birds hunting fish”, and “carps jumping over the Dragon Gate”…These tribulations are endured by naked carps every year from late May to mid-August in China’s Qinghai Lake. As an endemic species, millions of naked carps swim upstream for up to 150 km, and fight various deadly obstacles in an all-out effort to give birth to the next generation.
