Who is the Saudi mosque suicide bomber?

The suicide bomber in an attack on a southern Saudi mosque has been identified.The Saudi Interior Ministry said Saturday the bomber was a 21-year-old Saudi national, Yousif bin Sulaiman bin Abdullah.
He was detained on suspicion of supporting al-Qaeda two years ago … but was later released due to insufficient evidence.
The Islamic State group has reportedly claimed responsibility for the attack.The group published the image of the bomber without stating his name.
It confirmed that he used an explosive belt in the attack.
