WHO:cancer report not asking you to reject meat

The latest World Health Organization study linking processed meat to cancer doesn’t call for people to give up meat.
The WHO made the point clear late Thursday, saying people need to eat meat moderately to reduce cancer risk.
The UN health agency says it has a standing group of experts to regularly evaluate the links between diet and disease.
Early next year they will begin looking at the review’s public health implications and trying to determine a safe meat quota.
