Will CM take responsibility or are these only statistics for Nitish? | The Newshour Debate (18 Jun)

On the Newshour Debate with Navika Kumar, more than a 100 children are dead due to acute encephalitis syndrome; out of which 108 kids have died in Muzaffarpur alone in 2 hospitals. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar visited one of the hospitals finally after 17 days but didn’t even have the decency to talk to the grieving parents who were waiting for condolence from their Chief Minister.
Shaken Nitish finally visits SKMC Hospital but refuses to even meet one bereaved parent. Has time to meet the powerful but not the poor of Bihar?

We ask-  Has PM Narendra Modi Government made a mockery of its own ‘perform or perish’ mantra by not sacking even one errant official? Judging by his indifference to the parents, did Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar only visit the hospital to pose for the cameras?
If Dr. Harsh Vardhan hasn’t fulfilled his promises made in 2014, shouldn’t he quit on moral grounds?
Why haven’t criminal cases been filed against those whose negligence has led to this catastrophe?
