Would eating grasshoppers be the answer to worldwide hunger?

Saturday marks World Hunger Day. Data from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization show that one in every nine people worldwide do not have enough food to eat. Nearly half of global deaths in children under the age of five are attributed to lack of nutrition. Insects, according to a UN agricultural report, could curb world hunger and boost nutrition. CCTV’s Stephanie Freid met Israeli entrepreneurs who are cultivating edible vermin with the aim of marketing them to Africa, Asia and the US.
