Russian swamp football players competed in the National Championship outside St. Petersburg last Saturday.
The match includes two halves of 13 minutes.
Each team has five players and a goalkeeper, who play in a swamp field which is 60 metres in length and 35 metres in width.
Swamp football is believed to have been invented in Finland where the first swamp football championship was held in 1998.
Finland annually hosts World Championships with participants from various countries including Russia, France and Germany.
