Xi, Obama hold discussions on bilateral ties
US President Barack Obama welcomed President Xi Jinping to the White House on Friday. The two leaders held talks and attended a joint press conference, announcing new agreements on a variety of issues. Xi then concluded his state visit to the United States and departed Washington DC for New York City to attend a series of events to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the United Nations.
