Zika control: Beijing steps up airport inspections

China has confirmed a new imported Zika case, bringing the total number to six, the authorities announced on Friday. The National Health and Family Planning Commission said that the patient, a 42-year-old woman from east China’s Zhejiang Province, was bitten by mosquitoes while working in Suriname in South America. The country has stepped up screening for the virus at all of its borders especially at airports. Our reporter Hou Yun reports.
